Went for a visit to see and would like to test drive the new Honda 2018 civic. Very poor or bad customer service, I have asked additionnal informations about the new car, the sales person just told me everything is in the internet and when you are ready then you can come see me. Goodbye and have a good day. I was with a my 7 years old son and this is what he tells me. Go in the web and check when you are ready come see me?  I was properly dressed and my son too. Anyhow you just lost a customer.

Terrible customer service for pre-owned vehicles. All the salesman does is lie and tries to hide imperfection on car. Make sure to bring in an expert with you when you go in or else get ready to get taken advantage of. The mechanic and financing lady were really nice though.

I like to thank Andrea Levesque the financial and credit guru at this honda dealership, made the experience so pleasant for me. Out of the entire team she was the most knowledgable, polite and considrate and she helped me get a MUCH cheaper insurance and interest rate for my car. If you buy a car from there make sure you deal with Andrea Levesque she is amazing!!! Thanks guys
