AVOID SHOPPING HERE: I originally purchased a vehicle with the terms being that it would be put under my construction companies name, I just got a call from the manager named Phillip where he is FORCING me to buy it under my personal name. The whole point of me purchasing the vehicle is for the use of my company why do I need to put it under my personal name? The whole sales team is ridiculous and should not be dealt with as this goes against all ethics as a car dealership. Me the customer should be able to put the vehicle in my companies name without any sort of hassle. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to shop there.

If you buy a certified pre owned car be careful. I bought a 2018 TLX pre owned and it’s not even a month I own it and I had 4 issues. 1st is that I have to replace the timing change cover, 2 I had to change the cabin filter, 3 the steering wheel is fading and cracking, and 4 the biggest one the windshield had a chip in it that now turned into a crack in which I have to change the windshield. When you buy a CPO car you should expect these things to be taken care of, It’s frustrating and costly.

We drove from Ottawa to purchase a Subaru Outback with the help of Marc-Olivier Poulin! Marco went out of his way to explain everything about the car, offered bilingual service I have a very French name, but don’t speak French, and the purchase went super smoothly! Definitely worth the drive, price was well below anything we searched for in both Ottawa and Toronto. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Marc- Olivier!!

Do not attempt to provide a security of $500 to this dealership. It does NOT guarantee you anything. They will sell the car even if you have secured it under your name with $500. Horrible experience with false promises and hopes.

I am very pleased and would recommend this Acura dealership! Before commuting 12 hours to purchase my Acura, I was in continuous contact with the salesperson Charles Henri Philie. He was very helpful and was informative with the numerous questions that I had. Charles replied in a timely manner via texting, telephone calls and/or e-mails. He made me feel confident prior to making my long commute. I did not want to make the trip and the car was below my expectations. Upon my arrival at the dealership, he assisted me with the paper work so that I would be on my way back home. I'd like to mention that the driver, Stephane, who picked me up at the meeting place was very friendly and an entertaining individual he did a great Elvis singing impersonation. Thank you Chalres and Stephane for making a great impression with Acura Ste Julie! I definitely would drive another 12 hours to Ste Julie to purchase another Acura in the future!
