I had Home Oasis help me with a custom hot tub install and also take over the annual maintenance of our pool. They most recently helped troubleshoot and repair a pool heater issue that I was having which I didn't even buy though them. I don't normally write reviews but wanted to take a minute to do so. All the work they have preformed has been done well and on the schedule they promised. I even got a call just checking up to make sure everything was running correctly. I don't run across that type of customer service much anymore so I appreciated that.

It was a great experience from the start!!!! All questions asked we got answered right away, very pleasant staff. I can not speak for the home delivery as I was not there with that said my husband was (he is hard to impress) and he was extremely happy and impressed with the service. I would recommend Home Oasis Pools & Spas !!!!! Now to get the chemicals down......it's still a work in progress for me.

I recently picked up a Green Mountain Grill from Home Oasis. They had everything a person can want on hand, grills, covers and accessories. Then comes customer service, Home Oasis is second to none. I had an auger issue on a Saturday afternoon and the folks at Home Oasis were willing to stay after scheduled hours in order to resolve my issue. I will definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is not dead!
