Saira always does such fabulous work with my thick, often unruly hair! Love her hair cuts but love her blow dry work even more!! Such gorgeous curls!!

My second time at Purebeauty salon and the second time was a much better experience. Cassandra the receptionist was extremely kind and professional both on the phone and in person and I’ve personally told her what a great job she was doing in welcoming clients and making their experience even more special. She is a great asset to the team! I had my hair done this time by Andreya senior stylist. Colour and blow dry. It was great all around the only criticism I have is that she was 15 minutes late in taking me in. This is the second time at this location where I had to wait 15-20 minutes extra because the stylist was still not done with the previous client. My suggestion is that when a stylist has a new client they should be mindful and be on time as much as possible and to let the new client about the wait and apologize when greeting the new client. Unfortunately andreya did not acknowledge that it was only Cassandra that made me aware of the additional wait. Andrea was my hair colorist and she is amazing. She is professional, friendly and work with such a care to your hair. From receptionist to the owner, everyone's are very professional and caring.

I give the highest recommendation for Pure Beauty Salon. Jonni has styled my hair on numerous occasions and it has always turned out great. He is a wonderful stylist and  always  considers my costs when recommending services. The salon has a very relaxed vibe that is friendly and welcoming.

I returned to Saira for the second time this afternoon  and am just as impressed today as I was after the last haircut. My hair is silver and naturally curly. If not cut properly,  it can get quite wild and frizzy.. This haircut is perfect! She cut quite short this time but still left enough on top to curl in a very pretty way.  One thing I was especially impressed with - even though I was ready for a haircut today, it didn't look that way. In fact yesterday I got compliments from someone on the street. I'm impressed with Saira's skill in styling and treating hair.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Elyse is so talented, she is an expert and amazing stylist, the salon is lovely friendly and professional. Thank you Elyse for being so wonderful, kind and making my hair look exactly as requested, actually even better than requested!

Absolutely horrendous experience that has left my face scarred for life see pictures Absolutely no accountability from manager and alleged 'CEO'; they are criminal in their behaviour.  Went in for a simple eyebrow wax and the poorly trained esthetician gave me a chemical burn and ripped off a thick layer of my skin. I am in pain, my eye movement is very limited I can not move my eyebrows or blink due to the scabbing formed and am in no way fit to leave the house looking like this.  I saw my doctor who said that while it is healing it will most definitely leave a scar.  I called the manager - 3 times; I emailed him with the severity of the details - never got back to me. A woman called me saying that the 'CEO' apparently hair salons have CEOs will call me. NEVER did. NOT a single apology. Now pending legal action because there is no other way to get these people to be accountable for their actions. I had hoped to speak with them to be advised what treatments are available for the scarring - no one got back to me.  They truly, did not care enough to speak on the phone with a client they mutilated. NO accountability at all, just careless crass people.  It is hard to imagine the feeling of having gone to a salon, paid for a simple procedure and be left with a scarred face. It is painful to know that those running this place are completely indifferent to the pain they caused. I am speechless and heartbroken, and will bear these physical and mental scars forever.  Make your own decision if this is the place you wish to go to.
