Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio

While I haven't been to the salon for a service yet, right at the beginning of the pandemic I was suffering from a horrible case of eczema and resistance to topical steroid creams. My face and patches of skin on my body looked like they were covered in burns, and they were so sore and itchy u wasn't sleeping through the night. I discovered a YouTube video about Merle Norman's cream cleanser and decided to give it a try. Nothing else, even the most gentle things, were working. Not only was the lady I spoke to sympathetic and kind, she made sure I got the order as soon as possible, and asked if I could call her at the salon so she knew if it provided any relief. Thankfully, to this day it is the only product that has worked, and my face is almost totally healed. I have started using it on my body! Not only am I a full Merle Norman convert, but I will be purchasing from this salon from now on. EXCELLENT customer service, and tried and true products!

While the estheticians were fantastic and professional the owner was atrocious! She quoted one price for our group of 5 and then basically called us liars and would not honor the price. She claimed she would honor the online Merle Norman coupon and would not, and said she never said she would. The price discount she then said she would give us, $10, which on over $1000 of service is NOTHING, she threatened to take from the wonderful estheticians working for her! She is awful and I would not recommend ever giving this woman your business.

Lovely people and convenient location. I come for the Merle Norman cosmetics, which many Canadians aren't familiar with. The products are stellar and never tested on animals. Very grateful a MN vendor is in Toronto! I've had nothing but helpful and friendly service. My most recent visit was the best yet and I always stop by when I'm in the neighbourhood.

Great facility, friendly staff, awesome massage service, not so great manicure. Would not recommend getting a shellac manicure. After 3 days 5 of my nails have chipped and they look terrible. Usually shellac lasts 14-20 days on my nails. Stick with the massage services

Came here for a couples massage Specifically indicated I wanted full body with focus on back and feet When an hour was done I told the masseuse she forgot my arms and hands She said oh well time has run out Seriously?!!! And her colleague, when I asked her if this happens, said that it does when it's full body I've been to numerous spa places in toronto and this has never happened before As an HCP I find this to be terrible service nor was I given a discount by the front counter Also when my husband booked a couples massage by phone he was only told when we arrived in person that there would be a 30$ extra fee for the couples room!!$&@!!
