Holiday Inn Express & Suites Swift Current

Great place to stay friendly staff and clean as you would expect. It is a mid-level hotel and is pet friendly. They welcomed me and my dog with open arms and that was great. The room was clean and tidy and was a great place to stop for the night. I had requested in advance a quiet room yet they put me right next to the elevator so that wasn’t great hence my four star on service. It is a typical shoebox hotel built on a budget so do not expect it to be quiet. I always wear earplugs in these places and slept great. Without earplugs, I could hear every time for the elevator door opened and closed. Outside of that it was a great stay in Swift Current and would stay here again.

We have been driving for more then 8hrs, my girlfriend is pregnant as well, and two dogs. I called the booking agent and booked the room lower then rated. Headed to the hotel, where our reservation was not made, after five minutes of hoping the clerk could help out he just said can't help. I called the reservation line again in the lobby went through the prompt, painful at best, reserved the room for the price previously quoted. But when I showed my reservation the Manger laughed said the reservation was for the next day, it's 930pm, we again explained what was agreed through the reservation. He would only smirk and said not his problem. He was rude and arrogant, insensitive. Never staying with this brand. Absolutely garbage customer service.

Booked a two-night stay through the IHG app. Rooms have been recently renovated 2025. Clean, comfortable, good location. Check-in was quick, staff friendly. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Overall would recommend and would absolutely book again.

Very clean & comfortable modern room & bed. Lots of free parking for larger vehicles. Free breakfast was very good as well. Very friendly & welcoming staff. I try to stay at this location every time I'm in town for business. Great being so close to the highway.

We stoped here for a night and we are glad we did.nThe staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and you can’t beat a swim and hot tub before bed. Finally the location was very convenient.nWould absolutely stay again !
