Dear Hotel Manager,nnI wanted to take a moment to extend my congratulations and sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during our stays at your Holiday Inn location near the University of Saskatchewan. My wife and I have stayed several times while preparing for our exams, and we have always found the environment to be perfect for our needs.nnThe rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, with every detail taken care of by the wonderful housekeeping team. The receptionist who speaks English and Persian as well has been exceptionally helpful each time, making us feel especially welcome.nnAdditionally, we were pleasantly surprised during our recent stay to find the complimentary afternoon social offering of a meal and drinks from Monday to Wednesday. This thoughtful touch truly enhanced our experience and made our stay even more enjoyable.nnI would also like to suggest considering the possibility of offering dinner and lunch services at the hotel restaurant in the future. Our dog had emergency surgery so staff was super helpful in moving dates around for us. The location was ideal, breakfast was really good. Staff would ask about our dog throughout the stay to see how he's doing, staff was caring and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

Good hotel for the family.nWent with spouse and 3 kids.nClean room.nPool was great for kids. 4ft depth all around so easy for children.nnPool is not heated.nHot breakfast met our families needs.

Great hotel and well located for event at the fieldhouse. We stay there a couple times every year. However we started to stay less often in the last year because if you don't book well in advance, room rates get very high vs other Saskatoon hotels. I can't justify paying an extra $100+ a night just for the location when there is other great hotels 5 min away. I get that its a business that needs to make profit, but sometime priced are really jacked up before an event and there is still plenty of rooms available when we get there, this looks like misplaced greediness. Would gave it 5 star if the prices were a bit more stable.

A few hiccups in our stay, due to other guests making noise. Called the front desk and although they were busy, accommodated a late check out. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms are clean and spacious.
