Really nice hotel. Very clean. Mattress and bed in general very very comfortable. Very convenient location when visiting family in west end. Pool was cute and great for our grandchildren. Breakfast a bit limited. Would stay here again
Bright and spacious lobby,and our room was pristine and smelled super clean. Beds were comfy, sheets silky ans pillows were perfect, not lumpy , hard, or too soft. We really liked having the complimentary breakfast as well, options included yogurt , eggs, sausages, cereals/oatmeal, amd my sons favorite , the instant pancake maker ! We will definitely stay again on our next travels through!
I have been coming to this hotel since it opened both for business and pleasure. The staff are great and the rooms are clean. Over this time the breakfast had declined substantially. There used to be small cartons of milk available, hard boiled eggs, walnuts for your yogurt and three main offerings for breakfast: some sort of egg dish, scrambled or omelette, sausage or bacon and hash browns. I was just there for two weeks and all they serve now are scrambled eggs and sausage most days, only offered bacon once during the weeks and no potatoes or hash browns . Only fruit was bananas each day.nThis lack of selection at breakfast really is a point of contention on whether to remain staying at this hotel or selecting another hotel in the area.
Without a doubt, Best hotel in Kingston! Staff is so helpful and so accommodating. Rooms are spotless and plenty of parking and it’ doesn’t seem to matter where you park you are always close to an entrance so it makes it so easy to bring your belongings in and out for your stay. The prices are beyond reasonable and they have everything in the rooms you could possibly need to be comfortable while away from home. I can’t say enough great things about the staff here and the establishment in its entirety. Thank you for making travelling enjoyable and stress free. I will continue to use this hotel for many years to come
Great stay! The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and an open, spacious view around the property. It’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located — just a short drive from many of Kingston’s main attractions.nnPerfect for travelers who want an easy and relaxing place to stay with good access to everything the city has to offer.
