Great stay. Lots of kids but they weren’t too loud. All the guests were respectful and the staff on duty are very kind. Cleanliness of the hotel is 8/10. I feel comfortable sleeping here but it smells a bit strange. Good no-frills place to stay for a few nights when visiting Kingston. Breakfast is super simple: pancakes, hard boiled eggs, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. There’s also coffee, tea and juice. It was great for what it was.
Nice and clean place to stay! There is a little swimming pool but usually it is crowded. Breakfast is included but it was not sth special to consider! The service is pretty good! In general recommend it!
We just stayed here and the main guy in the days at the desk was very uninviting poor customer service skills. The rooms were clean but the bed was hard as a rock and pillows were lumpy so had a very bad sleep. The pool is quite small and very slippery when walking around it and very cold, hot tub was out of service which was disappointing, also ceiling in the pool room looked like it was falling apart! Morning breakfast area very tiny not enough seating for all guests and very minimal food. Hard boiled eggs were super cold and gross and you only had a couple food choices to choose from most people complained and left very hungry they had to go somewhere else for breakfast. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again!
Pool was in need off repair. Extremely cold and hot tub not working. Pictures on web site are misleading. Rooms was average and clean. Hallway carpet need a good cleaning to remove musty odor smell. Breakfast was below average. Pancakes, toast, hard boiled eggs, cereal is your only options. Over all not bad but over priced. Likely won't return
This is my second stay at The Days In Kingston with my dog and I only have good things to say. The room was clean and comfortable, and priced well, with all the amenities expected. The General Manager, Cassandra, is amazing! She is very kind, helpful and accommodating. I will be staying again.
