I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel itself was new and in excellent condition, offering a modern and comfortable environment. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and provided a pleasant stay.nnHowever, the service left much to be desired. Despite the promising facilities, the staff's responsiveness was lacking. I encountered delays in addressing my concerns, and the level of customer service did not match the quality of the physical amenities.nnDespite the hotel's new and inviting atmosphere, our group experienced unfair treatment when compared to another group causing disruptions.The staff's response to issues created by the other group was noticeably lenient, while our concerns were met with harsh and insufficient attention. This unequal handling left us feeling disregarded and frustrated. It is disheartening when the level of service provided appears to vary based on guest demographics. In order to ensure a fair and welcoming environment for all guests, it's crucial for the Comfort Inn to address and rectify such discrepancies in their approach to customer service.nnThe breakfast service also fell short of expectations. While the options were sufficient, the execution seemed disorganized, resulting in a less enjoyable dining experience.nnIn summary, while the Comfort Inn boasts a new and inviting atmosphere, improvements in customer service and breakfast organization are essential for a truly satisfying stay.
we came here for a one night stay and it was amazing. the rooms were extremely clean, the front desk service was great, and the complimentary breakfast tasted really good. definitely recommend.
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Winter+Weekend+Youth Hockey Tournament x Hockey parents who don’t know how to parent=disaster.nKids thought it was ok to take over hallways to play hockey, ran in and out of rooms, slamming doors and running up and down stairs until 10 pm while their parents were MIA.nFront desk: think- trying to hold back an avalanche and failing miserably.nnThey were sympathetic if that counts for anything.nnOur room was refreshed daily and our house staff person- she was a gem leaving us a nice note and leaving us requested extra towels.nThe woman who runs the breakfast was so pleasant and fun to chat with.nThe hotel was clean but as others stated, when this was build, soundproofing was apparently not in the budget.nHad they not build this so cheaply, perhaps there would be less complaints about noise that staff can do nothing about.
Absolutely beautiful rooms, was pleasantly surprised at how clean comfortable and put together everything was for such a low price ! Breakfast was delicious staff were friendly ! Would definitely recommend!
Friendly staff, clean room.nFloor by bed and bath tube was a bit squeaky but other than that it was great.nWe were at the top 3rd floor, lots of the rooms nearby were occupied but we didn't heard any noize or tv's.nPillows are memory foams.nBeds are soft but not to much.nThis hotel as no pool but it as a gym.nThe included breakfast buffet was great and theirs a staff member to assist if needed she help me with the waffle maker and to make sure everything stay topped up.
