I’m the manager of a U9 hockey team and Comfort Inn & Suites was one of the options sent to us for booking. I had checked all the Google reviews and they did not steer me wrong. This hotel was PERFECT. I don’t envy any hotel that has a kids hockey team come in LOL The staff were amazing at allowing the kids to have some fun while also taking other paying guests into consideration. Our kids had a great time but also knew there were limits to how loud they could be. All the staff were great but I’d like to add a special shout out to Jerald who was ever so patient with our young team and always had a huge smile on his face. Thank you to everyone at this hotel for allowing our team to make such great memories. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic hotel. Very roomy room. Found the floors to be very squeaky, especially in the shower could feel the bumps in the floor. Fantastic breakfast with gluten free options. Easy parking. Would definitely visit again.
Brand new modern and luxurious. Oct 30 staff during the day and evening were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful. Rooms are large, clean and a greatnshower. I booked during the day and checked in during evening shift. Check in less than two minutes. Parking can be a challenge if you are towing a trailer. Ill be back again for sure!
My son and I recently stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and there was lots of parking. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety including eggs and sausages, yogurt, fresh fruit, not just cereal and muffins. It was a handy location close to where we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again, when in Kingston.
If you want to sleep well DO NOT STAY at this hotel. You are better off sleeping in a hallway at a hockey game or in a highschool gym during school day. You would probably get more sleep!!! You will get a better sleep anywhere else then here at this hotel. No room to give zero star or it would have been zero.nWorst night in a hotel in 25 years travelling for work.
