A Heartfelt Thank You from the Iranian Student AssociationnnAs the president of the Iranian Student Association, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at the Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown, from the owner to the incredible front desk team for their support and hospitality.nnWe had the pleasure of hosting two of our major cultural events, Yalda Night the longest night of the year in the Persian calendar and Nowruz Persian New Year, at the Carousel Room and Johnson City Halls.nnThe entire hotel team was incredibly helpful and made both events a smooth and memorable experience.nnI would especially like to recognize the front desk staff especially Brittani for the friendly and welcoming attitude, and the sales and catering department for their professionalism and prompt responses to all our needs.nnMost importantly, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr. Chandra.nnOn March 21, when I arrived with my car full of decorative items, fruits, and sweets, he personally helped me unload and transport everything to the conference room. His kindness and humility especially in such a senior position truly stood out and meant a lot.nnThe venue’s central downtown location, the elegant room setup, and the thoughtful touches like tablecloths and runners were perfect. The sound system and lighting in the room were also amazing. Great location, beautiful room, comfy bed, tasty breakfast—everything was wonderful! I was in town from Ohio because my mom was in the ICU at Lourdes hospital and having a nice hotel room to come back to and reset after some very hard, emotional days made such a difference. I shared this with Andy and Brittany at checkout and even got a little emotional, but they were so sweet and also gave me a goody bag. My stay was wonderful and I will always stay at this hotel when I come into town.
I have been traveling a lot lately, and this hotel room is much smaller than some of the other hotels I've been staying in. The bathroom doorway is very petite. The hotel also doesn't provide a free bottle water or a club member loyalty bag at check-in:nWorst of all, they charge for breakfast. There is no complimentary breakfast at all and the room cost is the same as competitors' but offers far less!!!!!nFinally, the restaurant food was very pricey and had very LIMITED choices. No vegetarian offerings except a few appsnDisappointing.....
Rooms were clean and bed was comfy, room had a view of the river. Downtown was a nice location, was able to walk to restaurants. Angela was extremely friendly and professional. She helped me with any questions I had and made my stay as easy as possible.
From the moment I walked into the Holiday Inn Binghamton Downtown, I knew I was in for a fantastic stay. The lobby was bright, modern, and welcoming, setting the tone for a comfortable experience. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly and professional front desk staff who made sure I had everything I needed.
