Unlike most other hotels I have stayed at, the room here was quite comfortable. The air conditioning was not noisy. The bed was comfortable, enabling quality sleep. The microwave heated food faster. Service at the front desk was very quick. The location is excellent for a visit to nearby Mount Greylock or the Appalachian Trail. A great place to stay for any activities in the northern Berkshires.

Usually I don't write bad reviews, but this is why I stay Hilton all the way. First of all, they don't give you waters. Second, the YOUNG KID at the front desk is RUDE and shouldn't be working in the customer service business. Lastly, no hot water in my room. It's ridiculous. You pay an average of 150 a night and no hot water? NO EXCUSES. GO HILTON!

Ideally located in downtown North Adams minutes from mass moca, shops and restaurants. The room we got was spacious and clean. The personal welcoming and friendly. We even got the chance to swim, use the whirlpool and sauna. All at a reasonable price.

This is an hour drive from Albany area, the food is great the place is nice.  The wait staff is very attentive and they give you a generous amount of food. I wished they were closer I would go there more often.
