Hitoe Sushi Japanese Restaurant

Just randomly happened upon this place. Had a few different rolls BC, spicy salmon, negitoro, Alaska, dynamite and all was very well made, fresh, with generous portion. The menu looks quite wide ranging so will absolutely be back to try others!

High quality sushi at a reasonable price. We come here regularly at least a couple times a month and the service and food has been excellent each time. Never had any concerns about gluten cross-contamination. Friendly staff and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Great sushi in kits. Very fresh fish however their rice could be improved on. It's a bit too hard and there's not enough rice vinegar in it. But overall I do recommend it. Their ume plum shiso roll is unique and tasty too :

Delicious gluten free ramen! There was a miscommunication with my order and they gave the table free ice cream totally didn't have too- it was also delicious!

Operated by Japanese. Love the atmosphere and people are very friendly. Love their rolls but nigiri is okay. They provide gluten-free and brown rice options. I would recommend make your reservation before coming.

The unagi nigiri come highly recommended from me, they were heavenly. The jumbo unagi rolls are also really good. You really can't go wrong with the other choices also.
