Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Café - Mackay

The food is really good. I like the place and everything, but... There is something wrong with staff, in some shifts they are rude and the food is not that good. Once there was just one girl working in the whole place! She was taking orders, preparing coffee, cooking&preparing bagels, and cleaning the tables. the place was full and the services were really bad that day. I think they are understaffed. +They should get better vegetables for their veggie bagel (petit Quebec). The tomato and cucumber is bad and they can get better:) I wish if the place stay open for more hours during the day.

My favorite breakfast place in Montreal. As a Concordia student having this place literally on campus has been the highlight of my university experience. It has somewhat turned into the central perk for me. It's the type of place where you can go every single day as a routine and the food will always have the same quality and for the price you get a very well presented meal ! People (both staff and customers) are very friendly and people all somehow seem to know each other because the place gives off such a friendly vibe. I absolutely love it and will recommend anyone looking for a lively cafe.

The food is yummy but sometimes the service is not so great. Some of the staff are rude, either ignoring or snapping at customers.

Twice now I have went to this joint for breakfast and twice I have been impressed by the quality of the service and the food. It looks Great, it tastes amazing, the staff is amazing and efficient. If you go to Concordia you ought to eat there once for brunch.
