Quality of coffee depends on the team. You should train all yours baristas to make the coffee in the same way. When I order a small cappuccino I would like to drink a small cappuccino and not a small latté. You are using great beans so it must be easy to complete. And  second issue: sometime it takes too long to have my coffee and it becomes less hot. I prefer a consistency so if it continues in this way I, personally, will choose another place. And I think my colleagues will make same choice.

This is based upon the Americano. Pretty good coffee at a convenient location. Barebones with decent service. Prices are pretty high.

New regular customer for a few weeks and so nice that they already remember my usual request before I order. Americano for life.

Takeaway coffee place. Good service, but didn't enjoy the espresso, tasted like it would go well with milk though.
No seats at all. Hard to find!
