Hime Sushi

We ordered the Chirashi don assorted sashimi rice bowl. The quality was great and the sashimis were large in size and there were more than 15 pieces, which makes a very good deal for its price point. We also tried the salmon belly and toro aburi, as well as the Tataki Attack Roll and Philadelphia Roll, and all tasted very delicious! Presentation was very good as well and servers were attentive and quick. A very filling meal. Overall a very good dining experience and will try their other creations next time. Definitely recommend to all sushi/sashimi lovers!!

Very reasonable quality sushi and sashimi at this friendly restaurant near corner of East Broadway and Kingsway, across from Kingsgate Mall in Mt. Pleasant area. We really enjoyed the Dynamite Sushi Sashimi Combo, delicious crispy tempura My Love Roll salmon, cream cheese, crab meat and chopped scallops and a Chef Special the Spider Dragon Roll! We were full yet the bill for 2 include side miso soup and 1/2 sake was only $47 including taxes! Definitely coming back as our regular Japanese restaurant near to our workplace and in our neighbourhood!

I ordered a spicy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, and a spicy scallop roll. I was so grossed out due to two of the rolls being filled with tempura bits inside the rolls. They want to save money and use less fish and put in gross deep fried gluten in my rolls. Totally ruined my meal. I didn't have time to order anywhere else. If you like quality fish in your sushi and have gluten issues. Do not order those rolls here. I'm never ordering from here again. Also on the spicy scallop roll they use store bought spicy mayo and it tasted so gross. I just wasted $18... this is not real sushi.

This is my go to take out sushi spot in Mount Pleasant. Some fun and unique specialty rolls and of course delicious traditional rolls. I also love the beef and chicken don and their tempura.Recommended dishesSpicy Tuna Roll

Used to be my favourite sushi places, but after the change of owners the quality of food has gone straight into the gutter. It’s straight up dangerous. I have thrown up over a dozen times now. Will never be coming back.

Really tasty and fresh sushi. I had the crunch roll and it had a really good ratio of ingredients. The staff are really attentive and helpful. Small place but quick turnover. When we went, it wasn’t too busy.

Absolutely delicious food. $16 meals are fantastic -agadeshi tofu -gomae that sesame sauce is perfect -teriyaki chicken don And $1.75 to add Spicy salmon sashimi
