Nice RV park in the Hudson Valley in New York. Big grassy open spots with woods and activities. There was a swimming pool just getting ready for the season, a big pavilion with picnic tables and toys for the kiddies. Plenty of Swings and other play equipment. Bathroom and laundry ($1.50 wash-$1.50 dry) were reasonably clean considering the RV park just opened for the season. Several long term RV's. Owners are super nice and guide you to your site. Limited supplies at camp store - mostly tools and odds and ends. No wifi, no cable and was unable to get digital. Passport America rate was $25.50 a night and we stayed 2 nights in our Motorhome. Nice views of the Hudson Valley. Shopping is just a few miles away. I would definitely stay here again.

I am not sure what happened to the guy who last commented on Hilltop....But .... I have been going there for about 12 YEARS. Gene is the best host I've ever had. I even had my batchelorette party there and for an entire weekend we were given excellent treatment. I am a vegetarian and he accommodated all my needs and wishes. Gene was also kind enough to let have a tour of the neat buildings and tell us the very rich history of the speak easy and old buildings/ lodge. If you are a snob and want 4 star rooms this is not the place for you. But if you want kind people, exemplary food, beautiful nature, rich history and peace and quiet then go here.
