Hillside Physical Health and Fitness

5 months after my injury I started going to Jason at Hillside. Saw him for 6 weeks, and in that time he watched me walk down a hallway twice and put a TENS unit on my knee every visit. That was it. Slap the machine on my knee and then could be heaRd down the hall visiting with the young women. I quickly figured out that unless you were a woman he could flirt with or a young boy he could impress, Jason just was not interested in your care. Made the switch to Ian DeBack at Freedom Physiotherapy and never looked back. As well, against my wishes, I had to leave Ian's care to begin rehabilitation care. WCB sent me to CBI in Prince Albert where I also received excellent care. If looking for physio I definitely recommend either Freedom Physio or CBI and to avoid Hillside.

The physiotherapists at Hillside are very knowledgeable, they have a large up to date gym and great exercise therapists to assist with any programs for beginners to elite athletes.
