Fitness For 10

Stopped in while visiting some family in PA and had a good time. It’s a great blend of a local neighborhood gym and a big box/chain style gym. Well equipped, nice people, and from what I can tell really great value. If I lived in PA I’d probably workout here.

Very good price compared to the other gym (x4 at much as this place a month) I love how there is a ladies only section since I don't go to the gym to get stared at. Only real issues: - No change rooms (you can go in the bathroom but there's only 2 stalls and there's 3 showers but some are wet) I see people awkwardly changing in the open sometimes. - Find an easier system for signing in people with your guest pass (VIP memberships) since I have spent 10 minutes for one of the girls to sign in my guest and I. - The leg press machines here are older and the movements don't feel right. It's like my knee is going to pop or the strain you get feels wrong. - Air conditioning would be great, on hot days I feel hot air blowing through the vents and that doesn't make sense to me.
