Hillside Motel

Very friendly service, cozy room with a nice view. Good rates. The mini fridge was unusable due to being rancid. Needs a deep clean and to be kept open. Poor water pressure in the sink. Room was a bit smelly, might benefit from an essential oil diffuser or something. Wifi connection was weak. So, inexpensive motel run by caring folk. Would recommend.

Great spot to spend a night. It's old and dated but clean and quiet. They are pet friendly and don't charge an outragus amount for a pet deposit. I stay here every time my family and I need a room while we visit family. Service is always great and very friendly.

I work on the road and know motels. This one...not worth 30 bucks a night. The owners and family will harass you. Knock on your door and wake you up until all hours of the night. Yell at you to move your car or truck. Complain about dishes that were only a couple forks. Never clean ....anything. Never a sheet changed, no towels, don't clean your bathroom. If you dare to stay here bring your home cleaning supplies and be ready to laundry your bedding. Goodluck.

Very old motel with dated rooms. Clean and the bed was comfortable. The owner manager is very friendly. The room was small but as a place just to sleep it was fine

What a great place. The owner was very friendly, and spent at least 20 minutes telling us about the sites to see. The accommodations were clean, the towels soft. More than just a pit stop, but a friendly welcome to St John.
