To add to the already fantastic menu of baked goods and deli foods the holiday menu of a all the trimmings turkey dinner. Mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing and carrots, light and dark meat and cranberry sauce! For dessert I chose the butter tart , the pumpkin tart was the other choice. On top of being enough for two good sized meals they delivered it to my door yesterday. Worth every penny, so next holiday Christmas I’ll do it again.
Michelle and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had 3 delicious strudels in time for Christmas Eve dinner. All your hard work and kindness was talked about at the dinner table. Thank you! Oh ya... Strudels where a huge hit too! Super yummy!

Not a local to the area but was hungry and looking for something healthy, quick, and a local business. Friendly staff, impeccable service, and very clean. Loved the atmosphere quiet enough for discussions! I feel that the sandwiches could use a bit more pizazz for the price. I would’ve loved a denser/heavier bread or a baguette or a brioche. I also suggest more variety of spreads Dijon, balsamic glaze, pesto. For dessert, we had a shortbread cookie and a macaron. Great prices but the first couple bites tasted a bit stale. I just read a previous review that all items are baked fresh daily, so perhaps it’s the recipes or ingredients that need to be tweaked. I’m so sorry for the bad review. However, I plan to return in the future to give it another try! There’s so much potential in this place!
We ordered a lemon meringue pie and cherry pie for Thanksgiving! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I just love Hillcrest Bakery! Pies were delivered on Saturday and they were so fresh and awesome! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving Dinner Desserts Delicious!

Delicious baked goods......so much variety to choose from. Loved the bakery blend tea.
When I called for a birthday cake, the person who picked up the call said we only have two cakes left cheese and tiramisu. I chose tiramisu and while i was paying he asked to pay extra for a last minute order. I was surprised as i didn't order at last minute I called if they have any fresh cake available for the same day. I got the cake When i open the cake box at home it was just cream frosting and not even a single sprinke of tiramisu at all. Cake was unfresh and not tasty at all. Moreover, on their website cake photos were totally different than the one i got. I will never buy anything from here.
I've come to this bakery multiple times travelling about 35 minutes and it was worth the commute. I think the downfall is the customer service. Some people are friendly but my last visit I had a tough time trying to ask for things. There was a misunderstanding and I didn't get what I asked for - and then didn't have to pay for what was missed. Not sure what is happening there, but I think there needs to be more structure with ordering because they have sooooo many items. Other than that, I've not had an issue with the quality of their items. I'll be back again :
