Zero star review. Do not under any circumstance use this company, I dry clean my clothes every week with multiple companies, and will continue to do so. I was in Kingston for vacation and needed too get some things dry cleaned and resorted to use them as I was told from them the only dry cleaning company in Kingston. My clothes were not only not cleaned they looked dirty. The lady working the desk was unwilling to address the problem, clean them again or provide a refund.

The worst experience ever. The hillary's on gardiners road is not only inefficient but also racist. They lost a $100 suit pants and when we wanted written statement about it to come back to speak to the owner next day they wouldn't take ownership. They made us pay. No compensation and called me a DRAMA QUEEN. That is insult after losing my pants and not even a sorry was said. I hope no one experiences this ever. Nothing was done for us and no apology was provided.

Dont go there they are not profesional. Twice they give me a pakr of pants with the line on the wrong side. They never give me my money back or redo the job. They take your money but they dont do the job.
