I have been coming here for a few months and it has been grest. I have mild carpal tunnel in 2 fingers. DR Mosher and physiotherepist Nicole Stomp have msde things more bearable. Due to.my busy work schedule I go when I can. My friend Angela who is the receptionist told me to try Dr. MOSHER. I thank Angela to come here as I feel a lot better.

I suffered an Achilles injury and have been following my Dr’s recommended exercise regimen diligently.  However, it seems like 1 step forward and 2 back as even walking my dog was a chore followed by increased pain and a noticeable limp.  I was referred by a friend to Dr Mosher who after an assessment recommended shock wave therapy.  The progress I’ve made in a very short period has been remarkable!  Walking my dog for 6km a day without a steady diet of anti inflammatory medication is a huge relief and I’m on track for a full and quicker than expected recovery.  I wholeheartedly and without hesitation would recommend Dr Mosher as he’s not only a fantastic Chiropractor but also an outstanding individual who genuinely cares about the health and well being of his patients!

I have used the Chiropractic and Physio care at this facility for 4 years now and my back, neck, feet and knees, plus a cracked rib are all pain free.  I am ecstatic with the care provided by Dr. Mosher and Nicole.  They have enabled me to enjoy my various sports and have battled with me through posture and repetitive strain issues directly related to work.  I am feeling great, thanks to you both!

Dr. Mosher is not only an experienced & knowledgeable Chiropractor, he's also a friend who listens and gives advice. I've been seeing Dr. Mosher since last year on my lower back problem and he always align my legs, check my back, neck and ask me questions before any adjustments are made. Last year I fell on the ice and injured my elbows. I told him that I had an important trip coming up that required me to be physically fit, especially my arms which lost 80% of the strength at that time. After hearing my concerns he spent extra time to examine & treat my elbows and introduced me to some exercises, hoping that would help me heal faster. In my view, his focus, above all, is to help me recover from my injuries and improve my health in general. Dr. Mosher is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a Chiropractor who cares about his patients.

I hate that I have to write this negative review, but with something as risky and vulnerable as seeing a chiropractor, I wanted to warn people, because I was in more pain after I left than when I went there. Before going I read positive reviews about the previous chiropractor Lynita Haaranen who no longer works there, but couldn't find anything on the new chiropractor, Dr. Ian Mosher. I decided to book an appointment here anyway.  I felt like they rushed me through everything, didn't explain much, and didn't show me what they were talking about on my x-ray, etc. It was hurting when Dr. Mosher did the manual adjustments, and then he told me I "seem like the sensitive type." He tried to sell me supplements and exaggerated my back issues, telling me I had scoliosis and an "old lady hump." After I left I was a little sore, but that night I experienced more and more pain throughout the night and multiple Advil extra strength weren't working for me. Something felt off. My one shoulder felt higher than the other, my spine and other areas were tingling pins and needles, constant pain.  I ended up going to a different chiropractor that my mom & friend trusted, at Wall Chiropractic. He fixed my back in a gentle, non-painful way. He took time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood. And he didn't tell me I had scoliosis or an old lady hump. Thankfully Dr. Wall fixed my issues and my pain was alleviated.

I just recently had my first visit to Hidden Valley Health Center & it was a fantastic experience. I have been to many chiropractors in Calgary before & I have never received better care then I did at Hidden Valley Health Center. I Highly recommend booking your appointment with Dr. Lynita Haaranen.

We've been seeing Dr Lynita for about a year and highly recommend her to others.  Her expertise and knowledge in the area of spine health is second to none.  Every visit my daughter and I have, we learn more about our bodies and feel great afterwards.  Thanks Dr Lynita for always having a smile on your face and looking after us!

If you're looking for an acupuncturist Dr. Cindy Laudan-Ho is amazing. I had treatments with her from pre-conception and throughout my entire pregnancy. This included acupuncture for a natural induction, pain relief during labour She was a great support for both my husband and I in the delivery room and post-partum care provided treatments and formulas - traditional Chinese medicinal herbs to help increase my milk supply after baby was born. She's caring, very competent and most importantly I'm never embarrassed to talk to her about any issues I'm having with my health and well being.

I have been going to Hidden Valley Chiropractic Centre for the past six months and I am very happy that my neck and upper back issues are gone!  Dr. Lynita Haaranen is very knowledgeable and friendly, and she has helped me tremendously!  Thank you, Dr. Haaranen!
