Hero Certified Burgers - Whitby

Loved their burgers. Most people may not like their blue cheese, so avoid if you haven't already tried it. Tried their crispy chicken and it was awesome too.

I love this spot! They serve great dishes, their menu is rich, The cook in that spot is a specialist, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are always tasty, the service towards the customers is helpful. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.

Amazing food, extremely fresh, and good service but the burgers are extremely expensive and very small.

Used to come here relatively often when the quality justified the cost. Now, at $10 for a veggie burger you get a leaf of wilted lettuce and a completely burnt pattie on both sides: see pictures. Is that worth 10 bucks?

Messed up the order. Ordered the Action Burger, instead of onion rings they put an egg in the burger. Forgot an order of fries.

Ordered a couple of combos, one combo came without fries and the drunk was 90% ice. Called the store and the staff that answer yelled and screamed in replied. Absolutely horrible customer service.
