Chanel Boutique

I just went for the first time today and was helped by Natasha. I'd never been to a Chanel boutique before, and was not sure what to expect but she was so incredibly friendly, honest and helpful! I've bought bags from LV and Hermes before, and Natasha is definitely the most down to earth advisor I've dealt with.

Shopping experience is equal to any other department store. Was expecting more from a Chanel boutique

Very kind and patient sales girl who assisted me over the phone yesterday. I beleive her name is Ciara. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. I am hoping the store will pull through for me and find me the bag I want!!

Service was okay when I came in person to purchase something. However, when I called the next day over some concerns, I was greeted by Natasha and she was so kind over the phone, I really wish my purchase was made with her the day before. Thank you Natasha for making my experience a bit better!

Bad experience, comparing to level of services I get in other locations. The sales lady was not attentive and not trying to assist. She was taking pictures of other bags on her phone, probably serving other clients while I was in the store...

Had a good time shopping there today. Not the biggest Chanel in term of selection by any means but definitely the friendliest staff.
