I started shopping at Frank and Oak last year. I love the feel of the men's dress shirts, it is so soft! The employees are very helpful, but not pushy either. I had a few online orders that needed size changes and they were able to help swap sizes within minutes.

I found this company online several years ago. Im still a member n fan. I prefer the online shopping, but this brick n mortar is still a great shopping experience. The staff are helpful but not pushy. The sales are what I wait for...

Really poor quality. Bought a zip up bomber and it's falling apart at the seams in 3 months time. Customer service told me it's past the 30 days, go see a tailor. Thanks guys.
