they really screwed me over. I got an auto loan through them, was late a few times, but paid it off on the day the contract ended. They called me and asked me if i wantd to pay off my account early (since i was late a few times, i would've paid it off 2 months later than the contract terms. ) They offered me to pay off early, so i decided too. They now reported to my credit bureau as a "settled paid less than full account" instead of "paid"/ Why in the world would they do that? Offer you to pay it off early and then leave a bad rating on your bureau? MAKES NO SENSE!!! BAD SERVICE!!! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THEM> IT IS HELL ON EARTH!!! They tell you it will help repair your credit, when in fact they make it worse!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a rough start however, I appreciate Heritage and their staff, they've been courteous, caring, helpful, and patient during my difficult times here lately. Well we're back to refusal to send invoice, they've added over 2k to my loan Now I'm getting an attorney, first 3 days they called all my references said they were going to repo the car after I just put 1k down... never gave my deferred payment, just paid my bill and online still said I owe 130, set me up biweekly and every piece of income I showed them was monthly

I've been with heritage for about 3 plus years and they've done right by me. Even replaced my whole motor when the head blew for free. No problems always smooth caring people I talk to work with you very well . I recommend them highly.

Heritage Acceptance is great! I’ve been with them almost a year and things have been smooth I recommend them. They have done so good by me. Especially Ann she is so amazing I appreciate her so much! She’s so much help and understandable. Don’t know what I’ll do without her. As long as you keep up to date with things and talk to them they will work something out with you no matter what. I’m honestly blessed I have somebody like Ann she’s so professional and handle her business she cares about the people as long you stay on top and communicate everything will be fine. Great finance company and I continue to look forward working with them in the Future.

I have had Heritage for a few years now and I just have to say they have always been extremely understanding and friendly. My agent is Dorothy and she has always done her best to help work thru my hardships, I appreciate her so much. I highly recommend.
