Visited TCU today worked with Craig! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions in a timely manner. He took the time to educate us on the transfer option on the TCU app and made sure we understood how to use the options. Thanks for your service Craig!

This is my bank. Their fraud team is excellent! Usually not enough tellers. The fraud team notified me quickly about some charges on my debit card, WE agreed to shut down that debit card, it took 2 or 3 months to get another card.
