Herbert’s Boots is a fantastic place to shop. The selection is excellent, with plenty of quality options to choose from. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a great shopping experience—we’ll be back again.

My wife and I went there today for some Christmas shopping. We were met with a welcome and a greeting of pleasure.nJason was amazing in showing us what we may be looking for and even explained to us that their other store has even more. Which gave us even more options.nOur experience was amazing, we loved the country scene and atmosphere. A true country/ cowboy experience. Be ready for amazing service and selection.

This is a great store, friendly staff and great products. My only critique would be that I was there for maybe 30mins trying on boots upstairs and was asked probably more than 10 times if I needed help by every single employee, and the employee came up to watch me try on the boots. Maybe thefts are up? I don’t know but I didn’t love that. Otherwise it’s a good store.

We are spoiled in Alliston to have this great boot and western wear store.nI have been shopping at Herbert’s for years.nI initially purchased all kinds of foot wear: hiking boots, deck shoes, work boots, casual shoes, but eventually ‘bit the bullet’ and moved into a nice pair of Boulet western boots.nOne reason I had never considered them is I believed they would not be overly comfortable.nI was totally off the mark. I have worn these boots all day at the Florida State Fair and then attended a western act that night, and never had any foot discomfort.nThese are regular toe shape as well, which look like they might pinch your toes.nThe leather quality is good but I didn’t break the bank to buy them either, ~$300.nOf course then I had to get a nice buckle and a couple of shirts to look the part!nPlus…..a Jason Aldean cowboy hat! Really never saw that coming.nThere are a nice selection of jackets as well, and I have purchased an oil skin coat that I have been wearing for years.nThe staff have always been top notch.nFor years I was helped by Dieter, and the last bunch of years by his son Kurt.nBoth great guys and very knowledgeable of the product lines.nAs an added note, they carry the unique Leanin’ Tree greeting cards my Dad, a wanna be cowboy, loves them although Kurt has supplier issues with keeping them in stock.nAnyway, step back in time and visit a real boot shop!

I did not visit their physical store but just wanted to leave a review for the excellence of their online store customer service. I have purchased an item today by mistake and upon submission of a contact form they submitted a refund to my account straight away. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Hope to visit one of their stores someday.
