CigVape has been a absolute life saver for helping me quit cigarettes. I smoked for 12 years straight but with they're knowledge and customer service i have not looked back!

As someone new to vaping the woman who helped us was very helpful. We went to another shop before going to this one and the guy at that shop was not helpful at all. Well definitely be back here for our vaping needs.

I’ve only been into this store twice, so my experience is small. But the people working there are extremely nice and helpful. I even had an issue with a product and the jumped all over it to help me out. I absolutely appreciated the help. They have my service from here on out.

Good selection and friendly staff. Have been to other stores here in Alliston and didn't get the same customer service. Knowledgeable staff that are not pushy. Straight forward products that are always in stock. Nothing more annoying than trying to buy something and it's never there. Cigvape always has their stock. Great job keep it up!

Called in to get information. Wanted to talk to the owner. Cam called the owners and the owner said they were not interested in talking to me. Very suspicious. I wanted information on bylaws. That only they would know. Something isn't right about this place if they can't take a simple phone call. Btw Cam was good, and polite.

If it wasn't for Diane I would stop going there.. She is most helpful, friendly and knows her stuff!! She is truly friendliest of any vape store I have ever been to!!
