I bought the Pleasing Purple Bouquet Deluxe for my sisters birthday and when she sent me a photo of the flowers they looked nothing like the ones I ordered,very disappointing !!!

Dec 9 2016 they was supposed to deliver flowers to my wife for her birthday. Only to find out today Dec 12 2016 that my wife did not recieve them. I had to call them twice to get an answer as to why she didnt get them. I am waiting for them to contact me back for my refund. We will see if they take the initiative to do so.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend and I anniversary. She loved them! I asked for a certain delivery time and they came through! Overall an excellent experience. Flowers looked fresh and lively. Would recommend, will order from Herbert E Berg Florist on next occasion!

So far I would give this florist a ZERO! So far a day late, no phone call when they say they couldn't deliver, only a bit of a reprimand when I told them they might have been at the wrong house (on the right day), and still waiting... We will explicitly request a different florist next time we order online.

Herbert E Berg did my flowers for my wedding. They were able to work in my budget. The service & customer care I felt when I was there was what made my experience memorable. I was thrilled with the way they listened to my ideas and made them come to life. Their guidance and attention to detail was remarkable. I didnt need to bat an eyelash on "the big day," they took care of everything! The beautiful arrangements and bouquets arrived right on time and were the perfect colors. I feel like everyone at the wedding noted how gorgeous the flowers were and I was all to happy to tell them I went to Herbert. Sally and Joan were great. I have been back recently for another occasion. There company continues to go above and beyond.
