went in to buy a an arrangement for my 5 year old son for valentines day.. the woman who started to help me couldn't really answer any of my questions as to how much everything was.. they had no pricing on anything.. thinking it valentine's day they might want to price things so people can see roughly how much they will be spending.. i asked for a booklet or something to show pictures and prices so i can have an idea of what to get.. she couldn't find 1.. i felt as if i was burdening her.. some guys walked in a few minutes later and she walked away and started helping them.. this place was so unpleasant and unprofessional.. i would not recommend going here if you're looking for a pleasant experience!!

My boyfriend has been ordering me edible arrangements from Marlborough or Framingham for the past five years and never had an issue. This year my delivery came from the Grafton St. store. He paid for a bouquet of balloons, a teddy bear, and a large basket of fruit. What I received was a small vase and one balloon. When he called to say that's not what he paid for he was told that it's the same order, but the contain may vary, which makes sense however it was less then half the size of what he ordered. When he told her that, she said to bring the vase to the store and she will show him it's the correct basket. He had to argue with her to put a manager on the phone who immediately said they would resend the order. The order did finally come correctly but the awful customer service will never bring me or him to order from this location again.

We missed their closing time to pickup an order, which was our fault, but it would've been nice to get a phone call when we didn't show to say "hey, you missed your pickup". The first clue to their ineptitude should have been the employee's attitude when we called to explain how we missed their closing time the next day. The girl had an attitude that we inconvenienced her simply by calling and making her work. After explaining and trying to arrange a pickup the next day, which was incredibly cumbersome and difficult, things still didn't go well. We had multiple items for different people, and had to ask one of these recipients to pickup their own order. Unfortunately, the employee gave all of the items to the person we sent to pickup one item, even though we explicitly said to only give the one item. When we tried to yet again coordinate picking up the final items, the employee was minimally accommodating, and they still didn't have the order ready, when we arrived at 2pm the next day.

Had them deliver a christmas tree arrangement before 2 pm they got it here by 1pm and the driver was very polite
