CREATIVE FLORIST

I ordered the a succulent basket to be delivered to someone allergic to flowers. Creative florist delivered with in an hour WOW GREAT SERVICE!!. However they delivered flowers and not the requested succulent basket. I called and the women on the phone was very nice and apologetic. She assured my the recipient would receive the correct order the next day. They did indeed follow through and deliver the correct order the next and left the other flowers. I will definitely order from you guys again

Don't judge a book by it's cover.. Such a pleasant experience from the first phone call. Ten hours before my Father-in-law's funeral we remembered that we forgot to make a "Grandpa" basket from the grand children, so I called Creative Florist who had been so nice to my Mother when her sibling passed. I explained to her our predicament and she told us she would help. I told her he liked teddy bears and she made up a basket with beautiful flowers and a teddy bear (even though she was finishing flowers for a large funeral that day. 5 hours later I picked up a beautiful arrangement, far exceeding my exaptation's for only $42.00 (other places started at $100 with out the add-on's.) People at the service kept commenting about how beautiful it was. Creative Florist is now my only florist. Thank you SO much for not exploiting people at their darkest time. I will be back.
