Henrys Furniture

A few weeks my husband and I were in Petawawa and thought we would go into Henrys to "Look" at furniture. We were greeted by Ryan who helped us look around at some pieces we thought might suit our future needs. We inquired about several pieces and when Dan checked the warehouse, we found that these were available if we wanted. We made the decision to purchase 5 pieces. The next step was to find out about delivery. We figured with the season it would be really busy but were given a 3 day delivery date. Amazing service and when James and Matt delivered the furniture they were super pleasant and professional. The staff were amazing and the prices very good. We would recommend Henrys for Appliances and furniture.

They are the only furniture store, I'll buy my furniture from. The deals and quality are just fantastic. Shopping locally is the to support your local merchants.

My wife Janet and I would like to compliment Henry’s Furniture Store in Petawawa for the excellent and professional customer service that we received when we purchased a queen size mattress bed frame on August 12, 2021. Jenn was exceptional and took the time to explain the various options that were available for bed frames. We are more than pleased with the customer service from Henry’s Furniture Store in Petawawa. We shopped around for a fridge and stove, Henrys had just what we wanted and and the best price anywhere. Other stores told us they would have to order them, and we MIGHT have them in 4 months. From we bought the fridge and stove at Henrys we had them in the house in 5 days. The delivery men were great, we had a complication in getting the fridge in the house and they very carefully got it done. Great Price and great service all the way around . Thank-You Henrys Staff

Salesperson followed up my email promptly. Appliance arrived on time. Sales contacted me for a delivery date and then delivered on time. Smooth process and excellent communication. Price was the same as the big box stores.

First time i went to henrys Furniture i need a mattress for my daughter room all other store's where out and wait time 6 month to a year Henrys Furniture Was able to get me a new mattress with in 2 weeks and also took away the old one for a small fee as i walk around i noticed they have a wide section of furniture i also need a new sofa come this spring and will be back in the spring for sure..the customer service was amazing thank you

This place is amazing,....best customer service ,I have had in 30 years living in Canada, the manager treats you ,like royalty ,very professional ,...super happy with my shopping here ....greatly recommend this store

Went up to buy end tables to match the TV table. They had 2 didn't know where they were. The 2 guys were not very helpful. Jenn was very helpful. I ended up saying its that it and yes I found it. Took it home to see if it matched. It did and called them to get the other one. Two hours later they can't find it but will order another in. So, still waiting for the other one which are supposed to be Christmas gifts.

I needed a new washer and dryer in a hurry and, thanks to Ryan and the delivery/set up team, I was doing laundry in three hours' time. Thank you very much.
