For the third time I needed to send a parcel using Puralator. In each case, when confronted with a problem the customer service is unhelpful and brazen. Advice; Rather then simple denying service with a frown, good customer service works at ways to find solutions. Today was the last straw, with a baby in one arm, PVR in another, claim cheque in mouth I entered. Without any inquiry, I was told "well we're not taking that!" They do not sell boxes, or shipping materials. I went to Canada Post and was helped with a free box and shipping materials even though he knew I was using a competitor to ship. I returned to Crigers to a cold shoulder and a F-you attitude. Please work on your customer service. You are not pleasant people sometimes.
