I never been there 4 myself. But I took someone else there so they could get some cat food 4 there pet. Cause this person doesn't drive.

I adopted a furbaby named Phillipe. The process went so smoothly! The staff and volunteers are amazing and great at what they do! Phillipe is so happy in his new home, I'm so happy and thankful for what they do!

I took a lost cat to Heartland this AM. The staff informed me it was my cat now and I could just take it back. I would like to but I have 3 dogs n can't have a cat. They then said they would just bring it back to the RV park and drop it off. What kind of place does that??!!! Also yelling there was a surrender fee as I was walking out the door. I would gladly have given a donation but their attidude was terrible. I am a summer RV person trying to do the right thing for an animal in need.  Shame on your behavior.
