Absolutely amazing experience to buy a car here. I needed a car that was reliable and wouldn’t break the bank and Austin had just what I needed in a matter of 3 hours!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of even driving the car back to me after I had some extras taken care of!! Amazing service team and an even better sales team. At an auction, we purchased an item for a automobile detail service valued at 500$. I called to set up my appointment and when asked if I would like inside and/or outside detailing, I explained my value. The employee said that the highest value for detailing inside and out would not even be 200$. The item we bought was a one time use for 1 automobile, therefore seemingly overvalued. I left my car at the dealer around 0830ish and by 9ish was told my car would not start and needed a new battery. Anyhow, after a new battery installation and detail service, I paid my bill. During the drive home, I noticed many spots probably cleaning product not rubbed in on many areas, dirty spots around middle console, rear window, mid console screen among other places, large streaks on sunroof and front windshield, dirt and crumbs still on seats and back of car didn't even look as though it had been vacuumed. I was very disappointed to receive the car back with many areas dirtier than when I dropped it off for service.

From trading in my old car, negotiating the purchase, getting financing, and driving off the lot, everything was completed in under three hours. They also took care of a couple of small issues with the vehicle before I left and provided a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty, which gave me extra peace of mind.nnOverall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated.
