Healthy Planet South Scarborough

This is this most wonderful shop I ever visited. On entry I can smell such wonderful fragnence. Products are super healthy and affordable. I specifically loved kids cough syrup , losenges and multivitamins. I think if you are looking for skin products and kids products must visit this place once. The supporting staff is too guide. They will help and guide you. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Love the new location. It has such a great selection and better prices than the big carrot. Jasmine is my favourite, she really loves helping people out, gives knowledgeable advice, and her cheerfulness rubs off on you.

Jasmine helped me out, she's very knowledgeable and it shows that she cares. When I told her about my current health situation, instead of pushing products on me, she told me to come back once I'm recovered; Which I definitely plan to do. I did leave with a delicious protein powder though and some supplements. Good experience overall

I just would like to address the short girl with brown long hair who thinks she is a “nutritionist” at this location, you definitely need to learn some customer service skills and go back to school and educate yourself when giving advise in general. Mostly everything she said was NOT true. She was absolutely rude and dismissive towards me when asking for her help. She should be ashamed of herself of the way she treated me, I can not imagine how she treats others. I have always been a Loyal customer to healthy planet. I will definitely NOT be going back to the location at Warden and Eglinton and giving them anymore business.

Asked stock man for help he had an attitude went to the back and never came back to help. the nutrition ladies walk by you 100 times and stare at you from a distance without ever approaching you. Cashing out takes forever only 1 cashier no matter the time of day. The staff in the morning are better at customer service than the closing staff.

I visit the healthy planet south Scarborough a lot .Last week I visited the relocated store. I liked the new look and the addition of the produce section. Friendly personal help you with all your needs. Special I appreciate the help of Fozi the manager and staff member Naghma..

Total waste of time if you are looking for reasonable help in this place. The naturopath on hand was with same customer for more than 25 minutes while I waited and waited for a suggestion. Sad truth this place is getting worse. Least you can do is acknowledge person waiting.

Asked a stocker if he worked there—rather than a simple “yes”, he told me “no, I just like putting my hands in the shelves”. So, if you prefer sarcasm to help, this is the place for you.

I noticed for black customers they would leave your bag with your products behind the counter until your card says approved and for the white customers, set their bags on the counter even before they tap their card and even before payment gets through. That would be the last time I come to this location again stereotyping is real and disgusting. And a big company like healthy planet should be ashamed of themselves

I had Jasmine help me out and she was very knowledgeable in all the items I was looking for also managed to find everything on my list
