She does good work this is Hollywood Bob so I put on all the people I've been with most of them the show people just because you live in Chagrin Falls and he look weird and I don't look weird that you know I know a lot of people I know what's coming to at the end I know once it was happening in California so what's your my luck

I found this place on Groupon. I bought it as a surprise for my husband's birthday in February. Set an appointment and then was told I needed to pick a new date days before the appointment. I made multiple attempts to get another appointment before my Groupon expired. And as of now it has expired so I lost money because of they unprofessionalism. Thanks for nothing I hope you enjoyed the money.

FRAUD ALERT. FRAUD ALERT. I would give her ZERO stars if I could but the system won't let me. I was given a Groupon certificate for our wedding gift. I tried contacting Sherrie by phone and by text (she claims she has more nimble responses with texting) and after 2 WEEKS of back and forth, she was still not able to secure an appointment. I heard every excuse ranging from "our system is down," and "i'll call you back," and "i'm on my way out the door...can i call you back?" She never was able to confirm an appointment. Finally after 2 weeks, I gave up and didn't even want to pursue it any further. Beware because she is a fraud (at least if you're using a groupon). I made a three-way call with Groupon and with my friend that gave us the certificate and reported her. The funny part is shortly after I asked for a refund, she tries calling me back. I'm sorry, but the window of time is over. This is by far the worst GROUPON experience I've ever had and one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Groupon is refunding our friend her money for her gift to us, and a report is being filed to remove this vendor off of Groupon.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Healing Hands by Sherrie! Sherrie is extremely friendly and skilled at what she does! I would highly recommend anyone looking for an awesome massage to go here!
