I was impressed by the wide range of healthy smoothie bowls and drinks. I tried the Protein Oat Cookie smoothie with pea protein, banana, oats, agave and oatmilk. The smoothie was a perfect consistency and tasted delicious and the size for $10 was enough for 2. The staff are friendly and welcoming and are more than happy to make recommendations based on your preference. The atmosphere here is bright and open with cute swing seats that add to the charm. Definitely will be back to try the colorful smoothie bowls. Highly recommend!

I love Heal and highly recommend the smoothie bowls and smoothies that are so fresh and delicious. They are very affordable and a generously-sized meal too! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and I received excellent customer service! I can’t wait until I go back and try the other meal options, as well!Food: 5/5
The drink I got was so-so. It was the mint chocolate chip. It was more watery than expected. The interior was nice but it was quite hot inside and the table was pretty sticky so I didn't dine in. Maybe it was just an off day! Add some more tables for people who want to work : The swing chairs look cute.
