Hatsuki Sushi

Food is delicious and very reasonably priced! Will definitely be ordering from here again!

My husband and I have been going to Hatsuki for years, and although it's had some hiccups due to Covid, the food has always been fantastic and it's our favourite sushi restaurant in Kamloops! 10/10, 100% recommend!

Why they've been closed to in service dinning since the beginning of Covid, they're food has always been amazing. There service efficient yet kind, very curt in all the right areas. Sometimes they're so overwhelmed by orders from quantity that you may have to wait 15 minutes, but there's a reason why they're so busy. Their weakest dish maybe their teriyaki bowls, but everything else is wonderful. Both traditional and new world style sushi made with tlc. Vegetarian options: They have about 5 to 6 vegan options, and 1 or 2 vegetarian options on top of that.

Did a skip order and the order was missing the tempora pawns. And got some sort of salad instead. I called and the guy didn't care. said he did make the tempora and gave us salad instead. Just kept saying to me to take it up with skip the dishes. Very disappointed.

Got a skip the dishes order the skip driver was awesome and arrived very quickly my order.... my everything was Luke warm... not appetizing for sushi and my tuna tataki was way over cooked. Ordered the exact same items from blue fish last week and it was awesome wanted to try both and see, so they will be getting my business going forward

First time visit! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was wonderful, fast and fresh! Highly recommend and will definitely return! Great vegan and vegetarian options.

Changed my opinion of them over the last couple of months. I think they may have changed management or ownership, but the taste is lacking. Potions are down, and the staff are not as welcoming as before. Disappointing.

Always delicious, always on time, always follows instructions. They make my favorite sunomono salad in town!

An absolute treat every time. We came through with a large group today, and had fantastic, quality service. The food was prepared and brought over quickly, and was amazingly done. The waitress had quick prompt service, and not once did we feel that we were neglected in favor of other groups. 10/10, I would highly recommend to anyone.
