Bloomex Toronto Flowers

Such a convenient way to send flowers! I love their selection, so much variety and amazing flowers for every occasion. It was so simple to pick them out and write up a little card. They were also the best price of anywhere I could find. Great job, will definitely order from them again!

Do not use this company for next day delivery. I put in a request (paid extra too) and when I spoke to the person I put the order in for, I found out they were not delivered that day. The first thing you need to know about this company is if you have an issue, there is no phone number you can call for live customer service. I was emailing and live messaging customer support all day. They were not helpful at all. When I was able to get a hold of someone, they informed me that I put the order in too late in the day for my location. No one from the company let me know that this was the case after my order was placed and the site allowed me to put the delivery date in with no problems. When I was able to get in touch with someone, they told the delivery would be made ASAP and only offered me $5 off for this. In spring or summer that would have been fine. The only problem is that flowers die on a very cold winter day in Canada. I had to fight with them to push the delivery as late as possible in the day as to limit the time they sat outside. No one seemed sympathetic to this issue and only said if the flowers died to send them a picture. My colleague informed me the day after the delivery that the flowers indeed were already brown and dying. I get it that they have awesome prices, but I would have paid more had I known this would be the service I would receive.

If you have ever wanted to be "that" person in your family or business - the one who remembers everyone's birthdays and anniversary's with amazing flowers and gift baskets then Bloomex is your company!! The response I constantly get from thankful people is astounding - receiving something so lovely at their door seems to be extremely memorable!! The Bloomex website has an internal calendar you can set to prompt you for upcoming events so you don't need to remember. And the Platinum plan allow you to pay an annual $39.99 delivery flat fee. The weekly specials in your email and built into the website are amazing! Toll free number, live chat and online ordering keeps it simple to make orders. Bloomex will make you look like a hero.

Very easy to navigate the website. They have gorgeous bouquets and amazing prices to match. I highly recommend them. Love the choices of the vases as well. My order came in a beautiful mason jar. Definitely will be using Bloomex soon again.

I was charged $50 for a $30 bouquet of tired and worn out flowers which looked great in the picture on their website and not so nice in real life. $4 for a Birthday card which was a small 4x6 piece of cheap paper advertising Bloomex on one side and my message printed on the other side. $20 for delivery with a total cost to me of $83 with taxes. This was totally below my expectations. Don't believe their sales hype of $100 bouquet for $50. Grand rip-off artistes. And most of the 5 star reviews on this site are bought. They give you $10 for writing a good review.
