Food was good, but the young man who garnished our wraps was not trained properly and it may have been the first time he did wraps. Management can do better.
Irresponsible management.... one expects to pay the price posted on drive thru menu. Instead the price is higher at the window. They said they haven't changed the price on the sign menu yet..... IT'S BEEN LIKE THAT FOR MONTHS NOW!!! Change the prices instead of being lazy and negligent ... keep proper business ethics please.
Extremely slow drive thru no matter time of day and their shake machine is always "down"
Often times staff act strangely. They seem insulted if you use a coupon for example. Anyways that was pre covid. Now they just seem really overworked and tired.
Worst customer service. The employee working at front was so rude and service provided was not at all professional. Staff needs to he trained on how to behave at work place. Never recommend this location
