The Burger Shop

Alright, this was the best tasting burger I've had in 10 years. The counter help was awesome as I stood frozen trying to figure out what flavour milk shake I wanted. So many choices. Her recommendation turned out delicious. The bathroom was spotless. Apparently, this great place is owned by a woman, and her family/daughters have worked there for ages. They also own another ice cream place in town. Regardless, congrats! this is a great example of a well designed and run place. And an example of what I view is a five star burger. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but I don't know if the doors are automatic.

Place was pretty empty when we went Thursday lunchish. 2 of us had a poutine The Canadian & the Philly Steak soo good & gooey. Wanted to eat it all but was way too much. Other 3 of us had burgers, all were eaten. All of us had overflowing milkshakes. We did not walk away unsatisfied or feeling hungry Kid-friendliness: There were a couple kids options on menu Parking: Lots of parking on both sides of building Wheelchair accessibility: On main floor so easily wheelchair accessible

stopped for lunch with my family, ordered Poutine and buggers. Quality of food, presentation and service was good. Ample room for parking, dine in and out side patio. Many variety of ice creams available. We could not try those as the lunch was heavy.

Probably the healthiest burgers you'll get these days. Nice medium well burger with all the fixings. They do not charge extra for toppings which I like. Very friendly service also which is hard to come by and the extra napkins I found in the take out bag was nice.

Excellent food! I had the “Alpine burger” and it was the best meal I’ve had in months. Great service and very very kind waiter! Would totally recommend.

We went there seeing the good reviews but was disappointed with the food as well as the service. If it is a burger shop, the thing you would expect is the patty to be nice and juicy. Both our burger patties were extremely dry. While the bun and the toppings were great with the exception of the wilted lettuce, the dry burger patty ruined it. In terms of service, we were seated inside the restaurant and initially when we walked in they were busy and had line ups due to social distancing but by the time we were seated there were no new customers. Yet no one came to take our orders for about 15 - 20 mins. When we were in line there were 3 people taking orders and when we sat down there was no one to help us. Given we were the among the two people seated inside, it was quite odd.
