Well went to have the extra crispy chicken because it's back for a limited time only, only for them to say they don't sell enough.. how the heck would you know that when it's for limited time. Seriously , that was supposed to be our valentine's dinner. Not happy!!
I wish there was a place to show "zero" stars for the KFC in Bracebridge! I've went there once, tried to go inside, then told I had to get inclined at the drive through as they "didn't have enough staff to open the store" I just tried to place an order tonight at 4:15, only to find out they close at 4pm!!! Their hours are noon till 4pm! I can't believe this! It's okay, Popeyes is opening directly across the street from them...it's too bad but Popeyes is about to shut KFC down
I understand that things can be tough right now but please update your hours atleast so the general public knows what's going on with your business. 12-4 everyday is not a great schedule and I'm sure lots of people are upset that they can no longer bring KFC home to their family for dinner.
Worst KFC EVER If I visited this KFC first time in my life then I would never go back to KFC AGAIN! Corns are dried Fries are too oily and not fresh Doesnt deserve any star at all!
Was closed early due to a staffing shortage. I arrived just as they closed the drive-thru. I walked to the window and they had chicken left over to make me a bucket and a deal. 100% recommend this store.Food: 5/5
Worst location ever ! When/if they decide to even open food is always overcooked or cold or both this location is hardly even open at all waste of a store front highly recommend not even wasting your time tried to follow up with corporate but basically got told they didn't care won't be returning to any kfc again across the road is Swiss chalet its always spot on go there
It's 2:40 in the afternoon on a Friday. They say open... but they are closed. This place should just close down. It's terrible to get excited for kfc and they are always closed way before their posted hours.

Waited about 1/2 hour to get thru drive thru only to receive very over cooked chicken & cold fries, no other condiments or even napkins. Drinks no 7UP flavouring just bland soda water.Tried to go back but they were closed. Made a complaint thru corporate. Got a very sorry but no compensation or any contact from owner/management. They obviously don’t care. Last time I go to this location location. Will go to a Mary Brown’s or Popeye’s. Time for a new management. $26 for nothing, big ripoff. Now eleven days later, no return call from management. Can’t reach them by phone. Highly recommend you eat elsewhere.
If I could rate this no stars I would , they’re never open , online hours are incorrect , on the door it say they’re open from 12-4 everyday , what is that . How a restaurant can be out of chicken the prime food they sell is beyond me !
