I've been to this place a few times thanks to the coupons I get in the mail. Although I do have to wait a couple minutes longer than some fast food places, the food is so damn delicious that I really don't care. From my experience the staff there is good spirited and positive, and from what I've seen from peeking in the back the kitchen is kept immaculately clean. Definitely will be going back and I highly recommend this place.

Did not enjoy it. Service was slow it was about 2 in the afternoon. Our coffee cups were dirty and sticky, one had lipstick on it. The wait staff was more interested in an old man and whether he want more coffee or wine. We had the quarter chicken one piece was about the size of th back of my had the other was double. When going to pay we waited a long time for someone to bother with us.

Don't Waste Your Time!! Even tho the Advertise for delivery, and have a St Thomas number that says Call here for Delivery. They don't deliver. And their customer service SUCKS!! 4 customer service reps later, and NOTHING!! yep, thanks for nothing!

We decided to stop at this harveys while we were in St Thomas for a wrestling tournament. We love harveys, especially their onion rings and fries. I politely asked the women helping us to cook our fries well done. We waited for an unusally long time even for well done fries. Other customers came and went and we waited upwards of 20 mins. When our order finally came out they had given us fries from Swiss Chalet. The fries were soggy and under cooked. The burgers were a mess with everything falling off of them and the bun was hard. I would never ever return to this location. The service was horrible and the food was disgusting.

Their food is good! Best veggie burger in town.. Which is vegan, along with their onion rings and fries!! But their service is so slow! And some of their employees seem like they have no idea what they're doing.
