Harvey's Restaurant and Bar

I went to Harvey's with a pretty large group of people. Our waitress was very accommodating and handled our many requests for drinks, apps, and entrees well. I ordered the shepherd's pie, by Irish restaurant standards, it was just okay. I've had better, but considering we went during peak time during the summer racing season, it was what was expected. The drinks were pretty good. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area again but probably only for drinks.

Legit best veggie burger in Saratoga. Housemade and super tasty (add an egg for extra deliciousness!) Beyond stuff for vegetarians, our group had some awesome wings (very large) and waffle fries. Loved the sauces and spice levels. Everyone was very happy with their food and drinks. Service was great at the bar and atmosphere is always warm and inviting. We will be back for future late night eats, as their kitchen is open until midnight every night.

Best thing about this place is the setting and atmosphere. Roof top deck is great in the summer. The bar is large with a wide open two story room. The food is average and the wait staff was not very knowledgeable and seemed to be way understaffed. Went with a group of 5 for an early Friday dinner (5pm).. started with drinks and apps in the bar area. Nacho fries were ok but nothing I couldn't make at home. Then we moved out to the roof top deck for dinner. Server was very attentive in the beginning but then we were told he had to go make drinks so someone else would take care of us. It took almost 15 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted more drinks. Food arrived - all guests thought it was average. No wait staff ever returned to our table again to ask how the meal was or if we wanted anything else. A few people at the table actually wanted dessert, but about 30 minutes after our food came a different server walked past and put our bill on the table.

This is a very nice and cozy pub / restaurant. When I arrived I was seated immediately and had excellent service. The menu was not very large but the food arrived in a timely manner and was excellent. The menu prices were reasonable. I would estimate the average dinner price per person is $18.00. They have a very good drink selection and there was two experienced bartenders making drinks.

Love trivia here on Wednesdays. Food is usually pretty good. Beers are great. They have a hiccup every once in awhile. The manager isn't very good but the owner is amazing.
