I'm gonna have to update my review. Order a poutine with extra cheese curds. The fries were undercooked, and the gravy wasn't hot enough to melt the curds. Just ate potatoes and rubber bits.
Great service, kind workers. The establishment has character. The workers seem to enjoy working there.
My wife & I went in last week spent $53 on sit in dinner, swiss chalet side of the shop, very little value for what we spent, small quarter chicken, tiny portion sizes, good sauce but the bread was rock hard and laughable how bad that was.nPaying sit down dinner prices for fast food experience, was something we will not do again, we love swiss chalet but we won't come back herennMark & Karen
I've been to all the restaurants in wallaceburg and this one is by far the best. The service was amazing, the food was really fast, and it tasted amazing. Grayson especially was an amazing employee
Started by being handed my pop with it spilled all over the outside of the cup. Then for the third time out of my last four visits my buffalo chicken barely had any sauce on it. A half a slice of pickle and a couple shreds of lettuce. This never happened with the old owners.
