I was looking for the zero Star button.  Call to order a pizza.  The "lady" on the other end of rude, grouchy, and had NO telephone manners or etiquette.  No wonder her customers AND employees are leaving.  After taking my order asked for my delivery details.  HELLO, I wasn't finished ordering.  Then she tells me it will be 1.5 hours, probably 2.  If it is going to take that long they don't need my business.  I asked for a call back from the Manager.  Won't hold my breath because I started asking around about the lady answering the phone and my contacts said she was the owner. Just saved me over $50.00/week - I WAS a weekly customer.

I have been a supporter of Gerrys for years, even though I feel their pizza is not the best.  I loved Bella Pizza.
The owner showed no respect to her costumers by shutting down their phone for a day, no explanation.  This cost me an hour of my life.  She hung up on me when I complained.
There are many other pizza places in Wallaceburg that deserve a chance.  Lets try others.

I found 2 dead flies in the kayjan spice for my wings and when I called to tell them to make sure they didnt served it to anyone else, the owner accused me of lying and just wanting a free pizza which was definitely not the case! Will never eat anything from that place again..
