I ordered a kids chicken nugget meal and wasn’t disappointed. 5 nuggets, fries and a chocolate milk with a plant activity pot. I like the idea of a plant rather than just a toy. Found that unique so, way to go Harvey’s for changing it up a bit. Food was good and was hot which is always a plus.
The crew is excellent! We come in every Friday & they are always so welcoming! They know our names & our orders nSuch wonderful people who go the extra mile! We love coming here. Food is great too!
Rock star team! I appeared at 7:55 fully expecting to be told they were closed. But no! They reopened the grill to make my amazing burger. Service with a smile. I met Karim the owner and he said hello... best Harvey's in Ontario!
This place is the best! We stopped by on our way to winter camp. They were supposed to close at 8 and we arrived at 7:50. The staff was super friendly. They made us 8 orders fresh and fast! 8 highly recommend stopping here for great food and terrific service.
Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Staying at the HoJo next door and ordered from both Harvey's and Swiss Chalet in the same order. Burger, poutine and onion rings were all cold as they had been prepared before the chicken was ready. No the restaurant was not busy. Brought the issue to their attention and was told by the server who escalated it to the franchise owner they could only offer me a 10% on my NEXT order. Apparently the owner was in the back and didn't have the courtesy or decency to come out front to speak with me. If this is how you handle food quality issues, why would I come back? Poor customer experience IMO.
